Chocolate Loaf w/t Pistachio Frosting

In the spirit of the season, we’ve put together a chocolate loaf with pistachio frosting recipe for you to try at home using our delicious Rich Cacao Pistachio Butter.
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 160°C and grease a loaf tin.
- Mix flour, baking powder, sugar and cacao in a large bowl, mix until combined.
- Add the oil and pistachio drink, rich cacao pistachio butter. Mix until combined.
- Add the chocolate chips and gently mix until evenly distributed.
- Pour into a loaf tin and gently tap the tin into the surface. Place in the oven for 50 minutes. Check with a skewer if it's done, it should come out clean.
- Whilst it's in the oven, make a frosting.
- Place all ingredients in a bowl. Mix it with a spoon until it's fluffy and creamy. If it's too thick, add more nut butter or a tbsp of milk alternative.
- Once done, place the loaf on a cooling rack and when completely cool, spoon the frosting on the top with a back of a spoon, top with some mini chocolate eggs.
Ingredients
For the batter:
240g flour
2 tbsp baking powder
60g cacao powder
120g caster sugar
120ml rapeseed oil
50g rich cacao pistachio butter
350ml pistachio drink
For the frosting:
2 tbsp maple syrup
20g cacao powder
50g rich cacao pistachio butter
